Order Changes and Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support as soon as possible. Once an item has entered preparation, customization, QC, or shipment, changes may be limited.

Custom and Prepared Items

Customized, prepared, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for ordinary return after processing begins. This is especially important for made-to-order options and adult-use products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a parcel arrives damaged or the received item does not match the confirmed order, contact support promptly with your order number, photos of the packaging, product photos, and a clear description of the issue.
